I remember being a little kid and visiting my great grandmother Jewell in Crosby, MN, where she grew up. Returning as an adult to ride the red, I have fallen in love with the Cuyuna-Crosby community and focus my passion for real estate in this community.
My real estate development focuses on buildings that foster an active lifestyle. At Stonebridge Circle, I identify opportunities, acquire land, financing, entitlements, and marketing for the company. I feel that I have been able to earn the trust of people I work with from my personal dedication to the success of the entire community where we operate.
An avid cyclist and marathon runner, I bring 30-years of experience in the real estate industry, including feasibility, acquisitions, financial structuring, public finance, and construction project management. I hold a Master’s Degree in Community Development from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs.

Beckett Pilling
As a Development Project Manager with Stonebridge, I assist with market research, proforma analysis, master planning, and construction management. After working in sales and commercial construction, I joined our family business so I could bring my passion for sustainable projects that also build community.
And I do all of this from the perspective of someone to whom running and cycling have always been part of my life.
